This site targets WCAG 2.2 AA and is built mobile-first with keyboard access, visible focus, and no meaning conveyed by colour alone. At this early stage only the shared header, footer, and article layout have been checked by hand, at 320px width, 400% zoom, and with a screen reader; the full manual test matrix described in the build plan will be run before launch.
